Training, Events & Resources

September 30, 2026

Safeguarding is strengthened through ongoing learning, accessible resources, and shared practice. Below are details of upcoming training opportunities, together with useful local and international safeguarding resources.

Upcoming Safeguarding Training

The next Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults course open to the general public will take place on Saturday, 17 October 2026, from 9:00am to 12:00pm, at Ta’ Mlit Pastoral Centre, Mosta. This edition of the course will be delivered in English. Organised in collaboration with the Pastoral Formation Institute (PFI), the course introduces key principles of safeguarding, including recognising signs of abuse, responding appropriately to concerns and disclosures, professional boundaries, and creating safer environments for children and vulnerable adults.
